A: To use the lift key you must enter the elecator which is located on the lower right screen in most of the levels in that building. That would bring you straight to the boss. Also once you beat the boss the guy blocking the entrance shall be gone! Finally as more know Gameshark is the only way I know how to get Mew. Finally, you must trade to get Golem and Alakazam. A: First off, you have to get the Silph Scope in the Team Rocket Hideout beneath the Game Corner in Celadon City. This will allow you to see the ghosts in Pokemon Tower. Save Mr. Fugi at the top of Pokemon Tower and he will award you with the Poke Flute when he takes you back to his house.

A: To get Mew with a Gameshark enter the code : 011564D1 (WARNING - Code may erase a saved game. I suggest you enter this code for a new game, it may or may not work according to which Gameboy Gameshark version you have.) Also you can enter Nintendo Power's January edition of Pokemon Power's contest in which they are giving away 151 Mews! NOTE: You probably cannot get Mew without using one of these two methods. All others are probably all untrue and just rumors.
A: Mewtwo can be found only after you have beat the Elite Four and your Rival, in the Unknown Dungeon which is located northwest of Cerulean City. Articuno is found in the caves of the Seafoam Islands. Zapdos can be found in the Power Plat on route 9, located east of Cerulean City above the entrance Rock Tunnel when you use HM 3(Surf) down to the south and then you will see the building. Moltres can be found in Victory Road. (That is located before you face the Elite Four on Indigo Plateau) Strategy for catching Mewtwo and the 3 Legendary Birds: You should try using moves that would put the enemy to sleep like Hypnosis,lower their accuracey with attacks like Sand Attack, and as always lower their hp to as low as possible. NOTE: Be sure to save before getting into battle with these Pokemon because they are extremely strong due to their levels.
A: With the exception of the pokemon you pick, you would have to trade with your friends, you cannot simply catch them in the wild.
A: Of course I would say myself , Sandshrew. However the most common answer is Mewtwo or Mew but it all depends on how you train your Pokemon. Some Pokemon can have a low attack and a high defense and vice versa. Also a trainer can use protiens, carbos, irons, calcium, ect. which can boost any pokemons stats. Challenge yourself by using a pokemon you never thought you would.
